Three colleges, one shared table.
Together they form the Convivium W26. They express themselves through the Responsa — numbered advisory opinions. They hold no decision-making power: every decision rests with the Committee.
Consilium Custodum
College of Keepers
Figures of international standing in the field, appointed for life to numbered and closed seats.
Keepers hold full access to the archives and to the research centres. Their seats are limited in number and their appointment is permanent.
A member holds the title of Keeper of the Archive.

Collegium Legatorum
College of Legates
Communicators and researchers who carry the work of W26 to the wider public.
Legates receive previews for broadcasters and press — under an embargo decided by the Committee — together with privileged access to materials.

Consulta W26
The Consulta
Supporters of the campaign who take part in the consultations of the project.
Consultores are invited to take part in consultations on the direction of the work. Membership comes through the crowdfunding campaign.

The Convivium and its three colleges are advisory bodies. They take part in consultations and express opinions; they do not hold voting rights. Every decision on the project and on the use of funds rests with the W26 Committee, established under articles 39–42 of the Italian Civil Code.
